+WifeOfYoda
Hi, I have just released my 2nd travel bug, Jar Jar Binks into the world. From my 1st travel bug, Yoda, I always get an e-mail notification when it is picked up or dropped of. But for the 2nd one I get no e-mail notification. I logged a case with ground speak but the only thing they could think of was that their mail was labeled as junk mail, it is not, or post a message here. Any one has any clue what might be wrong with my 2nd Travel Bug? Cheers, Team Master Yoda Edited August 16, 2007 by Masteryoda Quote Link to comment
wwflover13
It looks like it has only been moved once, when someone retrieved it form the cache you placed it in. You might have actually gotten an e-mail, but accidentally overlooked and deleted it while clearing out your inbox (I do this sometimes). If you are sure this is not the case, you might be able to correct this problem by putting you own TravelBug on your watchlist. To do that, go to the TravelBug's webpage and click the "Watch this Trackable Item" button at the top right-hand corner of the page. Quote Link to comment
+BlueDeuce
You won't have the watch option on your own bug. I'll post a note and you can check your email in a few. Quote Link to comment

+WifeOfYoda
Looks like it's been reported in the Website forum. Emails of any kind not coming through Hi BlueDeuce, Thanks for posting a note in Jar Jar's log. Now I did get an e-mail. And wwflower I did not overlooked the e-mail. I did not delete any. It's technology .... it works again. But still no clue why. Cheers, Master Yoda Quote Link to comment
+BlueDeuce
Well that's good news. It's hard to tell if you don't get an email unless you happen to go check the bug page. Fortunately it's not common issue. Happy Caching. bd Quote Link to comment
