ohgary
My family and I have just started geocaching, we have had pretty good luck finding sites, but are starting to find the ones in the immediate area. Q1: Is there a way to search or find caches along a route, If were traveling from home to a relatives house, is there a way to search within so many miles my route. ? Q2: IS there a way to download and save the pages I find in a search, The pages with the descriptions, and info. Right now I have been printing them, would be nice to just download them to a laptop. +webscouter.
These are both functions available to premium members. Caches along a route allows you to create a route using Google Earth and get caches within 5 miles of the route up to 500 caches on a route that is 500 miles long Pocket Queries will give you a file that can be viewed with several programs, Watcher being my favorite and GSAK being the most powerful. It is a very good return on the $3.00 per month expenditure. Quote Link to comment
