+Foinavon
Just to seperate this from the congratulations thread, how many cachers have held the top spot in the Uk? M1EYO and briefly Pengy and Tigger, and I beleive Seasider was first to 1000. Has anyone else ever been top of the shot? I suppose who ever found the first cache in the UK was by definition at the top for a while too! Quote Link to comment
+Pengy&Tigger
Subarite was up there between Seasider and M1EYO. No idea who was before Seasider. Quote Link to comment
+Bear and Ragged
Must admit, I'd like to see who the previous holders were, and the time between them being broken! G Quote Link to comment
Lactodorum
A "friend" of mine held it for a couple of months a few years ago - until a certain Seasider came and knocked him off Before that I believe it was Slytherin. Quote Link to comment
+mongoose39uk
I was thinking of adding a list of people who had held it but get a feeling the first year may be a bit of a nightmare Quote Link to comment
SlytherinAlex
I was thinking of adding a list of people who had held it but get a feeling the first year may be a bit of a nightmare Not really. I believe that we were first to 100, 200, 300, 400, 500 and 600. The Hornet was first to 700 and then Seasider came along. We were first to 500 on 21st February 2003 at DodgyDaveD's Sunninghistory Series and shared a bottle of champagne with the man himself afterwards. If The Hornet would like to send me a list of his cache finds, I can compare it with mine and find the exact date that we let him be Top Dog. a. I can appreiciate that adding records 'backwards' may be difficult/time consuming. How about just adding to the list as it grows, but leave the records already on the list there? +Simply Paul
What about something similar for setters? Looking at the current stats, it's 'competitive' too! Quote Link to comment
