+eyesofice2us
Hello All! I dropped my Garmin 60maps GPS and broke the front glass. works great but need to replace glass. If you have an old one in good shape I would buy from you OR, if you know where I can order one I would sure like to hear from you. I know I can probably get one from Company but sure would like to NOT have to wait 6-10 weeks Probably longer, to get it back, would rather do it myself. Please email me if you have any ideas to help.. --> olcowboy@yahoo.com Quote Link to comment
+Miragee
I sent my Vista C in to Garmin to have the rubber replaced. They sent me a new unit and I got it back in less than a week's time. Garmin's Customer Service is excellent . . . I just don't know how much they will charge for that repair. Give them a call on Monday morning. Calling will be faster than sending an email. lewis82
As I heard Garmin has only one repair price... about 150$ (I don't know if it is CAD or US$ -must be US) for a full repair. It may not be true, however. EDIT- For that price they completely refurbish the unit. Edited July 7, 2007 by lewis82 Quote Link to comment
