Two Versions of Selective Availability

I was looking over a few geocoins this morning and noticed the Green Selective Availibility coin has the tracking number in different places. On three coins the tracking number is large and readable below the equator. On one of the coins, the tracking number is quite small and above the equator. I'm assuming the small one is the first version made. Does anyone know for sure?

On the original, the tracking number is smaller and the Northern Hemisphere side of the coin is convex. On the second version, both sides of the coin are flat. I have one of each also. The red SA coins are like the original green, have one of them too.
