OK I got a Palm Z22 and I am using cachemate, when I sent cache's information to the PDA I dont get description, hints and logs any help??? is any way to send the cache's page with all the information ???

If you're getting pocket queries, and using something like GSAK or Plucker to send the caches to the PDA, then you should be getting the descriptions and everything. If you're downloading .loc files, then all you get are the name and coordinates. .loc files don't include anything else.

There are many places in threads that describe how to do. It's easier for me to write what I know than try to track those down, but try searching the forums on pocket queries or other terms that might help.

If you go to your account page, there's a place on the right side for creating pocket queries. Go there and fill out all the information that you need to get what you want. (In other words, you can skip those things that don't matter to you - like size perhaps). A key point is selecting the day to run. If you want the information right away, click whatever today is and you can either select it to run that same day every week (if you want the same information updated regularly) or you can pick unchecking the day after it's run and saving the query. You want to be sure to get the gpx file.

When you do that, it should send you an email with results. Save and unzip the file, then open GSAK and load the gpx into that. Then send it to your PDA & GPS. One interesting thing I found out is that if you're loading information far away from where you are currently, you won't see that on your GPS map until you zoom way out or pan around. I didn't find any way to confirm the file was actually on my GPS (couldn't check waypoints or anything) other than zooming way out until I could see the area where those caches were.

Again, do some searching in the threads and try a few things to see what works. <_<

Uh . . . just two posts above this one, I posted the link to where you create Pocket Queries. You just open that file, which will be emailed to you, in GSAK, which you say you are already using. Then you send the information to your GPSr, and Export the information for your Palm.

The nice thing about GSAK is that it is so customizable. I was able to sit down and in about an hour get the entire process automated, which I love.

I have a set of pocket queries that generate each week and arrive in my mailbox. A mail filter rule always catches those and automatically dumps their attached .zip files into a directory. (So I just have a directory full of my pocket queries, which always has that week's fresh data in them.)

Then, I just have a simple batch file which I can run manually or schedule for Windows to run automatically, which starts up GSAK, directs it to load the data, and then to generate the CacheMate files for my Palm, and even queues them up for the next hotsync. Then the next time my Palm is in the cradle to sync up, the new cache data just moves over.

I really appreciate it when people write applications where it's easy to do repetitive tasks like this as an automated script. The upshot of all of this is that my Palm always has up-to-date cache info for the weekend, and I don't have to do (much of) anything to get it there.
