Definitive PQ date list query

I have been very negligent over the last few months and allowed my PQ's to become out of date.

So what I need to know is, if anyone has an up to date list of the date ranges required to keep my PQ results correct.

I know that the current PQ limit does meant that they will need running over 2 weeks but that is not a problem.
