That is the D/T (Distance/Terrain) rating for a cache. Look up "Muggle" instead of muggler. A Multi-Cache consists of stages. Look for stage 1 at the listed coordinates. Stage 1 will contain coordinates for another stage (stage 2) or the final (depending on how many stages the owner decided to hide). Edit: Had to fix Link.
