+hayndog
Sorry if this is the wrong forum and I'm sure you'll tell me if it is but can anyone tell me how to or if you can link to a website from my personal geocoin web page. For example I have a geocoin name Mac Attack and the idea of the coin is to spread knowledge about the Mackinaw Bridge in Michigan. I would like to link to a web site about the bridge but don't know how. Thanks Quote Link to comment
danoshimano
Yes, you can use standard html code on your geocoin page. Try this: <a href="http://www.geocaching.com/track/details.aspx?tracker=pcynpz" target="_blank" title="Click here for my web page">CLICK HERE</a> Replace the URL with your own. Replace the title with what ever you want the tooltip to say when the user hovers over the link. "CLICK HERE" is what will actually appear on the page as a hyperlink. +hayndog
I appreciate the information and I am messing around with it right now but I am a novice at best. I have no idea why anyone expects average joes to know how to write in html. Quote Link to comment
