Storing cache info on a 60C(S)x

I'm a little upset that Garmin hasn't come up with a way of storing cache info (aka description and hint) in the 60CSX which is their top model. Have any of you found a way to do this?

You can upload with EasyGPS and set it to show those fields, or convert to custom POI to take advantage of the long descriptive fields therein.

With custom POIs, you can store up to 132 characters. It is not everything, but you can store the basic information and the hint. There are good GSAK macros to automate the process.

 

Why get upset? It is not like any other manufactures are doing any better.

Thats true, i just thought it's a basic thing that should be implemented.

It will allow 44 characters in the Name field, and 88 in the Comment field, for a total of 132. (Hey, our avatars are pretty close, eh?)
