+capt don7
We're kinda new to this and have found a few caches. Is there a map on the geocaching site that you can bring up and locate caches in a particular area? I use my zip code and it's kinda hard to find sites that are a little further from my home as i must bring up page after page till i finally get to the area. Thanks Capt Don Quote Link to comment

Thanks Capt Don Click on any cache listing in your area, then click on the map link. When it comes up go to the google map feature (in beta) and it will allow better map movement. v/r O-Mega Quote Link to comment

Thanks Capt Don On the right side of your account page, ( http://www.geocaching.com/my/ ), you'll see: Google Mapping Features Download Geocache browser in Google Earth *About Google Earth KML Download that, as well as GoogleEarth if you don't have it already. That'll do you. (EDIT) Marco Island, huh? Nice area, I sailed from there to the Dry Tortugas once, had a great time. Edited February 19, 2007 by Team Teuton Quote Link to comment

HugTreesWorshipDirt
Go here ... http://www.geocaching.com/seek/gmnearest.aspx type in your city and the nearby caches will show up. You can pan and zoom the map and click on the individual caches for more information. This is available to any member not just premium members. . Quote Link to comment
