-Oz- Posted January 18, 2007 Share Posted January 18, 2007 Can't comment on gilsson but I cut the end off a spare garmin cable I had and hard wired it to power (tapped the cig lighter power). I then ran it out of the defrost vent and it works great. I did include a fuse just in case figured the $2 fuse was worth it to save the $500 gps. Quote Link to comment
