Manual included - check out the specs on this unit at http://www.magellan.com/ to find out what this little unt can do for you. Has many bells and whistles for asuch a user-friendly handheld GPS. Downloaded manual and cigarette lighter power cord included(cord has splice, but works just fine). $50 plus minimal(exact) shipping charge. Located in Duluth, MN.
