+rdoppler
I just bought four new tags and one of them says "The Travel Bug you requested does not exist in the system" when I try and activate it. The other three activated just fine. Any help? Quote Link to comment

+Eartha
Are you using the number on the tag to activate it? Quote Link to comment
+rdoppler
Are you using the number on the tag to activate it? Yes, i'm doing it the same way I successfully did two others. Quote Link to comment
+Eartha
I guess the only thing you can do is send an email to contact@Groundspeak.com, explain what's happening, give them the #, and maybe it's a glitch in the database. If nothing else, perhaps they could send you a replacement tag. Quote Link to comment
