A couple of days ago, I found this at a garage sale(w/case) for $15. Yesterday, I downloaded the manual from Magellan. 82 pages of instructions are great for telling me how it works, but that doesn't tell me it's accuracy in the field. I'm hoping that someone out there is familiar with this unit and can give me a few clues! /\/oo\/\ Quote Link to comment

It looks like it only goes to two digits in minutes decimal, meaning it will tell you when you're within about 50 feet but no better; also, it doesn't use the WAAS satellites for data correction. Would probably work to keep you on the right course when hunting or hiking, but might not give you enough accuracy to find tupperware! Happy Trails, Quote Link to comment
