+Pegasi
I have a new XV6700 pda/smartphone from Verizon and would like to get a bluetooth gps for it, definitely using the new sirf3 chipset. Anyone know a good one and some useable software for geocaching? I grabbed a Holux GPSlim 236 off of ebay last month. Unit works fantastic out of the box with my Palm E2. I use Cachemate, GSAK and Delorme Street Atlas Handheld. Only complaint is I still need to carry a compass. The 236 is more accurate than my Garmin 12XL and holds more sats under tree cover (even when kept inside my pack). It also recharges using a standard mini USB cable. Quote Link to comment
