Garmin Web download issues?

I am trying to download the Audio update for my SP2610, but it will not compelete and is VERY slow.

 

I tried it at home and work, same issues, are others seeing issues?

There is a thread in alt.satellite.gps.garmin discussing that issue. Some report their bios was damaged and there units would not restart.
