What Is This?

I've seen 2 of these while driving on the highway...is there a purpose? {other than driving me crazy becuz I don't know}

I dont know myself... but maybe they are event signs? Did you look up the area that they are in to see if there is an event going on?

Three "T"'s in the logo, three turtles in the picture, and they look like they are in uniform. Could there have been a city/town name with a "T" and there was a bike or footrace and that marked the path?

The New World Order is teaming up with the Teen-aged Mutant Ninja Turtles but cannot put their secret codes on the back of traffic signs any more.

Couldn't find information about any events or groups in the area. There are 2 signs located just outside Ortonville, MN; one at juntion of hwy 7 & 75 leading into town and the other on hwy 12 leading to Big Stone City, SD (1 mile to the border).

If I remember from my time back in Minnesota, there was always a town that would do a "duck race" raffle, where one would buy a duck and race it down a river. These little creatures look like a unique version of those river racers. I would look into a local festival and see if somone is running some kind of thing like that.

 

That's just what it looks like to me.

Now I'm even more confused...the logo on the sign looks a lot like the logo for a monastery???

I've checked around town and there are no events going on...if someone ever finds out email me
