+wxfamily Posted June 21, 2006 Share Posted June 21, 2006 I have had it for a few months now. Its been doing great and have no complaints. My wife takes it to work and wants to put in some info. She was not having any problems til she turned it off and hours later it never came back on. So i think maybe the battery is dead? I go home to put it on the desk charger and nothing. Not even the red light saying its charging. Not drops, no problems what so ever, just stopped. Any suggestions???? Quote Link to comment

+apersson850 Posted June 22, 2006 Share Posted June 22, 2006 I assume it's an iQue 3600, right? If so, remove the charger cable from the cradle connector, plug the charger into the iQue directly, then push the reset button in the hole in the back of the unit. This will not delete all your data, unless it's already lost, at the state your unit now is in. If this helps, fine. If not, come back. Quote Link to comment
