Onit
I have loaded ximage software and can take screenshot images of the different menus pages from my gps CSx76 unit while it's plugged to my PC. Was wondering if it was possible to save screenshots from my unit and later transmit them to my PC. For example, if I go to the beach say at 10:00pm and take a reading which shows what satellites are locked on to my position, is it possible to save that screenshot of my location, time, date, satellites, etc., and then go home plug the unit to my pc and upload it? Thanks. Edited June 11, 2006 by Onit Quote Link to comment

Thanks. That would be a "nice to have" feature. Send a request to Garmin support. It could be realized e.g. by pressing a special key-combination, which saves a screen image as BMP file on the SD-card. That would really be very useful! Onit
Done. Just sent them an email to update their firmware with this if possible. Thanks for the suggestion. It would probably have more weight than just my single voice. Edited June 12, 2006 by Onit Quote Link to comment
