I've attempt to run two PQ's today. The site states that they have been run but I haven't received them. Special Ed has also run one on his account this morning that hasn't been received. Does the PQ server need to be kicked?

Yesterday, I ran 2 queries and it took over an hour to recieve.

 

Today, I ran the same 2, and got them in less than 5 minutes.

Who is your email provider? Do you request that the PQ file be zipped?

I am in the same boat. I have had no problems in the past, I even have a rule so they dump in a specific folder, and nothing. I NEED TO GO CACHING, PLEASE DON'T MAKE ME PRINT PAGES ARRRG!

Gmail was having some server issues around the time your PQs were sent out, and our mail server queued them for later delivery. One PQ was delivered 50 minutes after the site generated it, and the other about 1 hour 40 minutes.

It must have been your provider. For both the 16th and 17th, each email (PQ and otherwise) took less than 10 seconds to deliver to your ISP.

All 4 of your PQs today were successfully delivered to your ISP's mail server within 15 seconds of being generated. Please let me know if there's anything else I can do to help you track down this issue.
