+Harry Dolphin
I'm tired of rivets. They all look the same. But, anyway, found this one on Sunday. LY0446 Found as described. Not even getting into why someone put out so many rivets on curbs, sidewalks, and bridges on Ringwood Avenue... The sidewalk is cracked. Not bad for a sixty-four old sidewalkand sixy-four year old rivet. But does that make it fair or poor, rather than good? Quote Link to comment
Bill93
The test is whether the rivet/disk/etc might possibly have moved, vertically or horizontally depending on the type of data it has. If there is a significant chance that it has moved more than an inch, then it is poor. Professionals can call it better than we can, but once it looks like it might out of place, they get really suspicious fast. Quote Link to comment
ArtMan
Whether you choose to report it as "good" or "poor" is probably a judgment call in this case, but as always the important thing is to explain the condition in the text. -ArtMan- Quote Link to comment
