If you do, people might be able find your cache prior to approval because the bug page may tell them where it is. You can put the bug in the cache, but do not log it into the cache online until the approval is done. Note: If for some reason you do not think the cache will be approved, or approval will take soem time, then rethink placing the bug there at all. Link to comment
