I've been watching these for a while now. I know it's not the legend but you can't beat the deal. It's from a new vendor but the purchase is protected thru Amazon. Vista and legend are basically the same except for a couple of extra funtions the vista enabled. Just went to amazon.com and the vista cx is listed as 330 Quote Link to comment

Their reply was "The refund was initiated by Garmin Company since we didn't meet their MAP pricing policy. We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks" Last evening they still had it listed, only at a higher price yet a still reasonable $263. I checked this morning and they no longer are listing that unit. I did e-mail Amazon that I thought there was something fishy going on. I will certainly leave negative feedback. Now the big question? Vista cx or jump to the 60csx. I really want the compass.
