+Bzzliteyr
Hey guys and gals. I have a strange "bug". I always get two emails from any update or found cache when geocaching.com emails me. Any idea on how to stop that from happening? Thanks Bzz Link to comment
+PandyBat
Do you have these caches on a watchlist AND a bookmark list? I have some of mine that way and I also receive an email from each list because of it. If you do, then you need to go turn off notifications from one of the lists, probably the bookmark list. HTH! +Lil Devil
Also look for a rule in your email program that may be duplicating it. I hear Outlook is infamous for doing this when you try to make a rule to forward it someplace. Link to comment
+Bzzliteyr
I will try the rule first.. then work from there.. thanks Link to comment
Jeremy
Also look for a rule in your email program that may be duplicating it. I hear Outlook is infamous for doing this when you try to make a rule to forward it someplace. It isn't infamy but an intended consequence when you don't choose the checkbox "stop processing more rules" in the rule box. It allows people to take the same message and make copies of it for different folders. Just make sure it is checked and you shouldn't get email copies. Link to comment
