+TeamTalan Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Persaonally, I do not like the new format for Geocaching.com. My primary complaint is that the print it way too small. This makes it difficult for us old farts to read cache pages and querries. What are YOUR views?
+Beffums Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 (edited) I thought the font was actually larger, and overall, I really like it. The only problem I have is that there seems to be a bit of a bug, at least with my account. Most of the time when I click on a profile, I do not get tabs at the top to switch the pages (they're there, and I can click and switch things, but they are just a line, with no words, and are hard to highlight). It's happened on three computers when logged in on my account. JAPTKD (my hubby) has checked the same profiles with his account and not had it happen. (note: I do not think the computer is uot to get me. I figure mine is just one of several accounts hitting the glitch). but overall, I give the changes a thumbs up. maybe you can reset preferences within your software to increase font size for your main computer? edit: to clarify, I figure bugs are always part of the process when making software changes; but also that they likely don't get fixed if TPTB don't know about them Edited January 21, 2006 by Beffums

+cachew nut Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 What are YOUR views? The changes don't really matter much to me, there aren't any significant enhancements that I use, so it's just like before the changes. Maybe I'll take notice of more of the features as they become apparent. The time could have probably been used more productively, but at least it looks pretty. Except for the smaller font, it looks fine.
+Moose Mob Posted January 21, 2006 Posted January 21, 2006 Actually, this is being discussed in several threads in the Geocaching.com Website forums. They are also sharing opinions and offereing each other solutions. Feel free to discuss it there. Thanks
