The Davis Crew
I am thinking of setting up a complicated multi cache but to complete the cache acess to digital map, namely to be able to plot points on a map using lat/long and draw lines between points, would be needed. How many of you geocachers out there have acess/use digital mapping such as Memory Map/ Anquet. Edited January 18, 2006 by The Davis Crew Quote Link to comment
Pharisee
I set a cache like that back in 2003 (GCGPTM). Some finders used digital maps, some used pure maths, others drew lines on a paper map. If they want to find the box, they'll find a way of solving your puzzle Edited January 18, 2006 by Pharisee Quote Link to comment
Tupperware Hunters
Hide it and they will look make a puzzle and they will solve it put a coin or tb in it and there will be a stampeed yes most local cachers round here have mem map thouse that dont could use other online mapping Quote Link to comment
John Stead
I suggest giving the OS coordinates as well for those who want to plot on paper maps. Quote Link to comment
kbootb
Streetmap.co.uk will do all the lat/lon OS conversions. (well they might need to do a bit of work in the deg.min.secs to deg min.dec min dept...) Quote Link to comment
