+CookCrew
How about waterfalls? A lot of waterfalls are not on any map. This could really bring out the local "hidden treasures". Link to comment
+Jake39
.....and from the biggest of them all...Niagara Falls... VOTE:yes..... Link to comment
geopeitur301
I think, that's a good idea... Link to comment
+ba_joker
I've thought this should have been a category from the start. I'm a photographer and love taking pictures of waterfalls and would look for these everytime I go someplace new. I think this makes more sense as a category than the one for all the McDonalds restaurants. Link to comment

What does qualify as a Waterfall? What amount of water and what height difference? I have a waterfall with cache here: Waterval Link to comment
+catcher24
Yes, I like this idea for a category. I was looking at a local waterfall a couple of days ago and thinking it would be nice to share it with others. Link to comment

4wheelin_fool
YES. I lived in northeast Georgia (just outside North and South Carolina) a few years ago, and went out every weekend with my girlfriend to visit waterfalls. I can say without exaggeration that there are hundreds within 20 miles of just that area. Since there are so many this category could get complicated pretty quick, so I suggest several subcategories should be considered also. I would start with commercial waterfalls, named waterfalls, unnamed waterfalls, waterfalls with single drops vs. multidrops, certain heights, ect. Link to comment
J.A.R.S.
Just want to add my vote for a waterfall category. We've got some very nice falls in the Hamilton area that should be added. Link to comment
+Vteam
Thumbs up for this one! I agree this one should have been in here from the get go! Probably right on the sub categories though - I just saw a little water trickling over a wall which surely shouldn't be in the same category as Niagara! +Black Dog Trackers
A category for waterfalls has been proposed three times already 1 2 3. Link to comment
J.A.R.S.
A category for waterfalls has been proposed three times already 1 2 3. The Royles want to manage the category. So why the delay in creating a waterfall category (with subcategories)? I'm new at Waymarking so I don't know how this process works and how long it takes. R of JARS Link to comment

Those are geocaching forum logs stats. It's just this month that I started to get interested in the Waymarking site. I still find it confusing but I'm slowly catching on. Link to comment
