+Nerves
Some of you may be familiar with my broken leg geo-saga and therefore, I won't continue to bore you with the details. Since my accident and subsequent surgery I've received numerous get well emails from geocachers that I've met, geocached with and some I've never even met. The geocaching community is largely made up of really fine people who are gracious and caring. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank all of you for your thoughtfulness and caring. A special thanks to Bugeye59 who drove 2-1/2 hrs. to pick up the travel bugs I brought from the west coast so they could continue to move on their way. Unbeknownst to me, "Everybody Loves Nerves Travel Bug" showed up at a recent GeoMeet and has already had 50 signers. I am utterly overwhelmed with the kindness of geocachers. I don't even know how to respond... Link to comment
+carleenp
I have found that for the most part cachers are a great bunch of people. I hope that leg gets healed! Link to comment
+Yamahammer
Sorry, don't know ya and didn't know about the broken wheel but my prayers are that everything gets back to normal (Abby-Normal) as soon as possible. Hang in there! Link to comment
