+Morgan's Marauders
As a poor lowly school teacher , I am in search of data cords for cheap or free. I just purchased a second yellow etrex on ebay so I can have two groups of students working on coordinates and such. Now, I'm looking to download caches with the cord. Please let me know! Thanks! +filler & bcat
When I had an eTrex Yellow, I searched for data cables. Many in the forums directed me to PFranc for cables. I never bought one, but they came recommended. http://www.pfranc.com/cables/index.mhtml and http://pfranc.com/cgi-bin/P/eD1 eD1: PC interface data cable. $14.98 Price seems higher than I remember. Hope this helps ... Link to comment
+media601
I am in search of data cords for cheap or free. This one is cheap. These guys came highly recommended. 100 percent postive feedback over several years. I just bought one and the cable arrived a couple days after ordering and you can't beat the price--about 12-13 dollars total includes shipping. Its on Ebay so you can use Paypal. This one is free if you have an old mouse you can spare and a little know-how. I was going to try this but chickened out when I saw the prices from rnrplace on Ebay. Link to comment
+ATMA
That PFRANC place works. Use an old mouse cable and one of their connectors. Works great. Link to comment
