+Milbank
I do a lot of service work in the rural area's and I have always found the rural cemeteries of interest. I once started marking them on my gps, but there were just to many to keep track of. It's not hard to find the cemeteries in towns or large cities, but many of the rural once can be hard to find or even forgot about. It would be great to have a list of rural cemeteries all around the world. Lets not forget those that have walked the earth before us. Edited September 20, 2005 by Milbank Link to comment
+Team GeoDuo
Bump, Yes, We need more or maybe a broader category for cemeteries. Link to comment
+BillsBayou
I'm all for this one. However, would you like to expand on this? There's a teeny little cemetery in the middle of town, under an overpass, about which very few people know. I wonder who remembers anyone buried there? Link to comment

This little cemetery is nearly impossible to get to unless you're extreemly lost or you have business on the 2-block stretch of suburban street. Nobody I know knows this cemetery is there. Maybe a separate "Hidden Cemeteries" category would be needed. Link to comment
+cache_test_dummies
Not exactly what is being discussed here, but closely related, is the Abandoned Cemeteries category. Link to comment
+Ed Rad
I like the rural cemeteris also. Having visited my share because of caching, they are often interesting places to visit and sometimes get a sense if the local history. I vote yes. Link to comment
