When we are all out there geocaching, we see some great landscapes and i would love to build up a database of the great locations to take a photograph. Over 30 years ago, I was just getting involved in computer programming and one day, while driving through one of the canyons near Los Angeles, I spotted a great location to take a picture. I thought that would be a good project to create a database on 80 column punch cards of the location, road, highway marker and/or trip odometer reading from a major intersection so I could find my way back there. It was too much like work so it never became more than an idea. In this day and age, it is much more practical. Link to comment
