bonnjer
I'm working on my first cache listing. Does anyone know you're able to edit the hint given after it's been listed? Thanks. Jeremy Quote Link to comment
+the hermit crabs
Yes, you can. You can click the "edit listing" link on your cache page, and you can change the description, the hints, the cache name, etc. (You can't change the cache type, and you can only change the coordinates if the chainge is less than 528 feet, I think.) Very often people will leave the Hint section blank until after the first find, and will add hints later. Edited August 23, 2005 by the hermit crabs Quote Link to comment
salmoned
This topic is ready-made for my follow-on question - I planted a multi-cache with a temporary 2nd stage and the cache was approved. Now, I've got permission to place it at my intended site (private property) and need to inform 'the powers that be' of the change in location for the 2nd stage. Who do I call? +sbell111
Contact your local approver. His name is at the bottom of the cache page. BTW, you may want to archive the original cache and create a new one for a change this large, unless no one has found it yet. Quote Link to comment

Look at the bottom of the approved cache page and you will see who approved it. Contact them. El Diablo Quote Link to comment
salmoned
Okay, the apparent answer is to e-mail the cache reviewer that published the cache with the updated infomation, when implemented - thanks! No finders the first week, but it's on Maui and there aren't many rabid cachers over there. Quote Link to comment
+Mastifflover
If I lived in Maui I would try to find your cache. Actually I would just like to live in Maui. Quote Link to comment
+Kai Team
We found four caches on Maui in June 2004. Would love to return to chase your multi! Quote Link to comment
