+papatom2
I don't remember, but the 2005 edition had something changed in it that kept me from getting it. I now have been told that it wouldn't upload multiple icons in a text file used in the draw layers. They never correct that either. If you got the new 2006 - what do you think? I use it for geocaching AND for RV travel eight months out of the year. Quote Link to comment

Overland1
I have been considering it, and maybe the HH version as well. I would like to see (in the HH version) the ability to load maps directly to the SD card, rather than loading them into the main memory and then moving them to the card. My Zire 72 RAM is usually near full because I also use it for work applications, so this feature would be (as Martha says) a good thing. Quote Link to comment

You can almost do this with the HH version. Create and save the map as you normally would. Then open the maps folder and copy it to your SD card. DeLorme Street Atlas USA 2006 Handheld Review. Looking for info on the laptop running xp. I like to generate a map with four color pins for waypoints. The colors show me caches I haven't looked for, puzzle and multi caches I am currently working on, DNFs, and ones I will try to get today. I need more then one icon per file to do that. I also use DeLorme for navigation to new and strange enviroments so I can unpak my hammick and drink cool aid in far away places. Quote Link to comment
