GeoBobC Posted August 10, 2005 Share Posted August 10, 2005 I seached the Garmin website for an Ximage download. It was nowhere to be found on the menus (that I could see). I could only find it with the "Search" function. Is Garmin phasing out Ximage? Quote Link to comment
Neo_Geo Posted August 10, 2005 Share Posted August 10, 2005 xImage is not officially supported by all units, although you could probably use it to get a screenshot from any Garmin unit that has an external data connector. Still, its "special purpose" is to download and upload custom waypoints and splash screens. Only the higher-end units support this feature. So, you will find it as "Additional Software" on the "Updates & Downloads" page for each of the units that are supported by xImage. Quote Link to comment
