Loading Waypoints On To The Explorist 600

I cannot figure out how to load cache files onto my GPSr using GSAK and the Magellan Conversion Manager for my 600. I've read other threads here and still cannot get it figured out. I am far from puter illiterate and think that I must be just overlooking something simple. If ANYONE can help me here I would be most grateful. Thanks.

If you have GSAK that supports expolorist, you don't need CM. Just export->exporlorist and choose whatever drive letter is your explorist and put the file in the geocache folder, remembering to name it whatever.gs

If "Explorist Geocaches" is selected as the format in the export dialog window, then the .gs ending will be added for you.

Well....I've tried this approach with my 600 and the file transfers okay (even checked the content with Notepad) but when I try to open it on the GPSr, the file shows as being there but there's no cache list displayed. Did the CM approach and all is well - I get the whole list. What setting am I omitting in the GSAK upload?

The setting I was neglecting was on the Export screen: the dropdown to select among Magellan SD Protocol, Explorist Geocaches, and Explorist POI's. All is well now!
