CacheMonkeez
Remember when you could click on the map from the cache description page, go into Mapquest, then click on Satellite Photo and get an aerial photo with the coordinates at the center of the photo? That feature of mapquest went away, but now is available on Google Maps. Any chance we could get a link to Google Maps from the cache description page? Link to comment
+Lil Devil
Somewhere in another thread Jeremy said he wanted to wait for Google maps to get out of beta before he adds a link to the cache pages. Link to comment

+EleriandBlade
Now if Google Maps would only have a )&@#)&)_&@# *scale* on it. Grr. I'd love to see the panning abliity of google maps combined with cache searching, though Or a way to enter coords into Google maps and have it show up as a thumbtack. What I've been doing (since I don't have a gps with auto tracking. It's got a map, but doesn't show side streets at all.) is sitting down with the gc.com map, and a printout of the same area from google maps, and marking in pen where the day's caches are. CacheMonkeez
Cool! I brought up the mapquest map from the cache page, then cut and pasted the coords into the google search box and it brought up the satellite photo with the coords at the center! Just like the old days! Link to comment

Just like the old days! A better approach: From the cache page, copy/paste into the search box on maps.google.com. Link to comment
