Narrowing Search Outside Of Usa

How do you narrow search outside USA? I'm going to the Milan area of Italy. How do I find caches in that area without going through the whole Italy list?

You can search the web for the coordinates if Milan and entry them in the seach form. Once you find a cache in the area you can also search by near-by caches from the cache page.

 

Sorry, but I don't have the time to find the coords for Milan for you.

from this cache do a nearest to search and that will start you at the center of Milan.
