How do I get a Bookmark list into a pocket query so I can get it into gpx format?

I have a Dakota 20 and an ipad with me on vacation. With an outside ap(looking4caches) I 'm able to get pocket queries on my ipad. Is there a way to get them transferred to my Dakota20 without a computer?

I use c:geo on my android phone and I'm looking for something similar for my ipad - An app with mapping that shows the caches on a map.

How do you narrow search outside USA? I'm going to the Milan area of Italy. How do I find caches in that area without going through the whole Italy list?
