Bookmark Limit?

I'm a premium member and got the following message. Is there a limit to these or is this a bug?

 

Creation failed. You have exceeded the maximum number of bookmark lists for your account.

It's a known bug that Jeremy hasn't managed to squash yet. If you try again a bit later, you ought to be able to add your desired bookmark. See the thread pinned at the top of this forum for more info. The maximum number of bookmark lists per account is ten, and each list can have up to 100 items.

If you open the main bookmark page, it will fix the situation. I have no idea why this works, but it always does.
