Each pocket Query that I have set up sends me 4 separate emails containing the same gpx and palm file. Why does it do this and can I get it to stop? Thank you.

Are you getting the emails on 4 different days, or all at the same time?

 

If they are coming on different days, you probably have multiple days checked on the PQ page. Go back to the page and uncheck the days you do not want it.

That's the "ebook" additional file that you can get to be able to read the cache pages on your palm device.

Oh. I use a different method so I never took that option. Then I forgot all about it.

It sounds like a mail server is hiccuping

You might also have accidently created multiple PQs somehow that are all being sent to you. Check this page.

Looking at my list of querries, it does not appear that I have multiple. I am receiving them all on the same day. It is exactly four for every PQ that I have. It has been doing this ever since day one. Thanks to everyone for the help.

Are you using outlook rules to move your emails to different folders? If so you may be actually making copies to those folders. Check your email rules to make sure you stop processing further rules after you move the PQ to the folder (or do whatever processing you do).

 

We only send one copy out, so something is happening with your mail client or with your mail server.
