ArtMan
I occasionally get an error message with Doug Cox's fine mapping program. When attempting to download new map or photo segments, I get an pair of pop-up error messages. First, there's "Couldn't get data from TerraServer" then, when I dismiss that one, I get: "Didn't connect to the Internet" I *am* connected to the 'net, and I can go to the Terraserver site, and it works just fine. I am using the newest version of USAPhotoMaps (2.59). This has been an occasional but persistant annoyance for me, and it seems to come in swarms. For a couple of days I'll be unable to download anything, then for a month it will be fine. Any ideas, anyone? -ArtMan- Quote Link to comment
evenfall
Hi ArtMan, Perhaps your Browser is just giving the standard error messages, and a note off to the owner of that website will fill in the blanks? Rob Quote Link to comment
+California Bear
I just tried it and the downloads work fine. Note that there have been a couple of updates to the program since the new year. The current version is 2.59. You might try downloading the update to see if that helps. Quote Link to comment
