+Palm Grunt
My geocahing team we have at work is trying to do a seach on the GC.com site for a filter option for difficulty/terrain. Is this option possible? We are a group of Army guys that are looking to do 4/5 terrain rated cahces, the more extreme the better. We are also looking for some multiday ones in the PNW to get ready for our deployment to Afghanistan for a year. If someone knows how to do this search please let me know. Thanks, Palm Grunt Quote Link to comment
+Markwell
I see you're a premium member. Pocket Queries are the way to go. You can set up a pocket query (a subset of caches that meet criteria) and set it to "no days" and then run it as a search. If you only want 4/5 terrain caches, you can do that, and really make the radius big, or just do it by states. I may have to set up a section on my FAQ for Pocket Queries and how to set them up... For now, start off at www.geocaching.com/pocket and create a new one. Careful not to over-limit on the criteria (don't select caches that you have found AND haven't found - as it would apply BOTH criteria and bring back zero caches).
