for the last two weeks I have not been able to download any of my PQ's out of my email box. I use hotmail. Now I don't think its hotmail because everything else works. but the last 3 or 4 PQ's that have been sent havn't been able to be downloaded.

 

Any Idea what may be causing this?

Does it show an attachment but you can't download it?

 

Pocket Queries are functioning normally. Perhaps there was a change in hotmail that would be causing this. Definitely make sure the files are zipped to ensure they don't get filtered out by your email program.

I do get them zipped and when i try to download them a error message comes up that says it can't axcess the page and to try back later.

maybe i'll send an email to hotmail and see what they say.

At this point you aren't even accessing the geocaching.com web site, so it does seem to be a hotmail issue. Good luck in finding a solution to this one. Maybe there are some hotmail support forums that can help.

 

Or, better yet, switch to gmail.

As a heads-up to everyone, Hotmail is doing a major overhaul of their system. They've been upgrading accounts to 250 MB for free (trying to compete with GMail, which is WAY better). I've had some problems accessing my Hotmail, and I had to contact MSN Hotmail support, and it took 2 days to fix the problem (couldn't access Hotmail through Outlook).
