+one4zorro
One of the great things about caching is that different people can cache in so many different ways. Some Park&Cache others prefer linking caches. We have to put ourselves in the later category, single caches just don't seem cricket, unless there has been a big walk involved! Not that I am saying everyone should do it this way Inspired by davester's excellent site GeoHikes we have spent the last couple of weekends on walks linking multiple caches. I am currently writing a description of a really nice 7 Cache walk at Monsal Head in the Peak District. What we are really looking for is even more info on multi cache walks, preferably circular or with good transport links. One we definitely have on our agenda is Daisy and her Man's set of Caches on the Kennet and Avon canal - 21 and more planned! Not that we are counting So if you have any great walks please let us know and if you haven't discovered the GeoHikes site I would definitely check it out! Thanks. +Billy Twigger
Dave Ellis has created a fantastic website, and like others, I'm keen to support it. I've only done one Geohike (Hanchurch Walk), and I think the concept is excellent. Zorro's Monsal Head walk is set to be a cracker! I've just set up 6 new caches on the Isle of Bute, five of which I've placed deliberately so that I can write an intermediate circular Geohike Views from my proposed South Bute Geohike Quote Link to comment
