New Direction Posted November 18, 2004 Posted November 18, 2004 I have an hp ipaq 4150 and was wondering if it's possible to to upload/download to a garmin gpsmap76c. What kind of software and cables are needed. If anyone has done this before that would be helpful. Thanks Quote
KSV_Frogface Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Hello, I was about to buy a "regular" Palm...when I came across the Garmin Palm IQue. It is a Palm with built in GPS...it is really cool... I'm not sure that you can import from your PDA....I'll let you know if I come across something. Quote
NightPilot Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 I'm sure it's possible, but I have no idea what software you need. I'm a Palm kind of guy. Have you tried putting PPC GPS software into Google? Quote
PDOP's Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 Have a look at Dale DePriest's webpage onPocketPC (WinCE) GPS and Navigation Software. You might find what your looking for there. Quote
as77 Posted November 19, 2004 Posted November 19, 2004 www.thesupplynet.com has PDA-GPS cables but they are a bit expensive, around $60. Quote
New Direction Posted November 20, 2004 Author Posted November 20, 2004 Thanks a lot for the info. I'll have to look in to the cost of it and decide if it's really worth it. Thanks again I appreciate it. Quote
