+Celtic Cachers Posted October 27, 2004 Share Posted October 27, 2004 I'm new to all of this and decided to jump in big time and buy a Garmin Rino 130. My computer does not have a serial port and it honestly it never occurred to me that any modern device built in the 21st century would have a serial connection.. but there you go. My question is.. can I use a serial to usb adapter? I bought one to try, but I can not find a way to make it work. Has anyone done anything like this? How did you accomplish it? Thanks for any help..
