Nestled in a lovely small park on the right side of the tracks . Current owners are leaving for warmer climes. Just cannot leave my shady tree-filled abode where geocachers know my name. Tendencies toward low maintenance but above-average rainfall can make me hard to live with. Serious inquiries only please, my reputation must be maintained.
