+haggaeus
Bear Mt. Inn - Doodletown and back should be easy enough with kids, I did it with my son when he was 4. It took some 4-5 hours though, with resting, photographing and caching. Quote Link to comment
+Quoddy
David of Team DEMP and I are heading for that area Sunday, too. We're doing one of jonboy's loops (definitely not for the little ones with "Break dem Bones" and "Trepidation" amongst the caches). Dogs are supposed to be on leashes, but once away from the "populated" areas they are pretty much on their own. The REAL Quoddy usually runs loose once we get about 1/3 mile from the nearest road...he still thinks he can catch up to deer. If you can find the access to Doodletown it is an easy, and interesting, walk once you are there. Otherwise, the area around Anthony Wayne has many children possible trails with lots of caches. +macatac1961
After hiking with you and Amanda at the Pirates & Picnic event, I'm betting she could handle any cache in that park. But Doodletown seems like a cool family friendly group of caches. Plus they're nice and close together. Quote Link to comment
