Pocket Query Format Option

I would like to define a Pocket Query that would return an email containing only links to the pages on GC. Or perhaps both links and a .loc file.

 

As it is, I often get a .loc file, then have to query for the caches one-by-one on the website. Maybe I'm missing some easy way to get from the .loc entries to the cache page.

if you are doing PQ's then you should be getting gpx files -

 

if you use GSAK the simple version of the page appears in a split window with a link to the page. You can also set up a special link that allows you to just click on the the cache name that brings up the page. Check in the Software forum - I believe that is where I was told about that feature.

You can request a PQ to return a LOC file instead of a GPX file. If you could explain why you would want a bunch of links instead of the actual Geocaching data, I can help you better.

Actually if all you want is a bunch of links, just preview the Pocket Query any time. Got to www.geocaching.com/pocket and find the PQ and select "Preview". It will return a bunch of links, and do it real time without having to wait for the Pocket Query Generator to be functioning.

OK, I missed a very obvious function in EasyGPS that brings up the Geocache page. You can file this topic under "DOH!" Thanks.
